We conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess their fit with the client's organization and are happy to incorporate any additional vetting procedures preferred by the client.

Fees: 20% of the first year compensation of the placed leader. Reduced fee structure available for multi-search assignments.
Our contingent search model fees range from 25-30%, with reduced rates for multi-search assignments.
HiPo search is a proud supporter of the Atlanta Metropolitan Community and donates 10% of all search fees to charity.
HiPo Search provides a guarantee period for all search placements. If the placement leaves the organization within the first 12 months of their employment, we will conduct a new search for the client at no additional cost.
